Customers may cancel their reservation with the Company at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled move. In the event of cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled move, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee of $250.

The Company is not liable for any damage or loss to goods during transportation. The customer is responsible for properly packing and securing their items before the move. The Company recommends purchasing additional insurance for valuable items.

The Company reserves the right to change these Terms of Service at any time without notice. Your continued use of the website following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
7. Governing Law
